About Me.
Environmental Researcher. EdTech Advocate. IT Specialist.
I am an environmental science researcher and EdTech advocate. My goal is simple: I use technology to translate complex climate and hazard data into accessible learning frameworks. With a background in disaster science, I focus on education research and designing data-driven programs that actively build community resilience.
Impactful EdTech needs more than just good research—it needs robust infrastructure. That’s why I pair my analytical background with a strong IT toolkit. Supported by my Google IT Support Professional training, I understand the networking, operating systems, and security required to keep educational platforms running smoothly when people need them most.
Whether I am evaluating a gamified learning platform or troubleshooting a network server, I thrive at the intersection of education research, technical support, and real-world community impact.
Professional Experience
NGO Policy & Framework Analysis
Evaluated the operational utilization of Community Risk Assessment (CRA) and Urban Risk Assessment (URA) frameworks across 5 major NGOs in the Dhaka Division. Identified critical gaps and delivered data-driven recommendations to optimize climate adaptation policies.
Volunteer Digital Literacy Mentor
Provided 1-on-1 technical support and guided onboarding to help learners navigate Learning Management Systems (LMS) and essential software, actively working to reduce digital barriers.
Comprehensive Risk Assessment
Executed community-based research in Sirajganj utilizing Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and Key Informant Interviews (KII), culminating in actionable risk reports and mitigation strategies.
